What Can the Lenovo LOQ RTX 5070 Laptop Run?
The Lenovo LOQ RTX 5070 laptop is built around its 1920 x 1080, 144Hz display, where the RTX 5070 and the fast panel work together for smooth, responsive gameplay across a wide range of genres.
- Competitive shooters: Valorant, Counter-Strike 2, Fortnite and Apex Legends at high refresh rates
- Battle royale: Call of Duty: Warzone with a smooth, responsive feel
- AAA and open-world games: demanding titles such as Cyberpunk 2077 with DLSS enabled
- Content creation: video editing, streaming and photo work with GPU acceleration
- Study and productivity: assignments, Microsoft Office and multitasking on a large 17.3-inch screen
Esports titles are where the 144Hz display shines, keeping fast motion clear and your inputs responsive. In demanding single-player games, NVIDIA DLSS uses AI to lift frame rates while keeping image quality sharp, and ray tracing adds realistic lighting and reflections in supported titles.
Outside of gaming, the 20-core processor and 24GB of memory make light work of editing, streaming and heavy multitasking, so the Lenovo LOQ RTX 5070 laptop doubles as a capable creator and study machine.
Streaming to Twitch or YouTube is also on the table. The Lenovo LOQ RTX 5070 laptop has the graphics and processor headroom to run a game, streaming software and voice chat at the same time, and the Ethernet port gives you a stable wired connection for broadcasts and online matches.
Inside the Lenovo LOQ RTX 5070 Laptop
Here is how each part of this gaming laptop contributes to performance on the go.
Intel Core i7-14700HX processor
The 14th-gen Intel Core i7-14700HX packs 20 cores, giving the laptop plenty of power for gaming, streaming and running background apps such as Discord and a browser at the same time. It also speeds up CPU-heavy tasks such as video exports and large file processing.
NVIDIA GeForce RTX 5070 8GB graphics
The RTX 5070 is the centrepiece of the Lenovo LOQ RTX 5070 laptop. It brings next-generation NVIDIA graphics with DLSS and ray tracing support, plus GPU acceleration for creative apps and streaming software.
24GB DDR5 memory and 1TB NVMe SSD
24GB of DDR5 memory gives more headroom than a typical 16GB laptop for modern games and multitasking. The 1TB NVMe SSD delivers fast boot and load times, with room for a sizeable game library, projects and study files.
17.3-inch 144Hz display, cooling and connectivity
The 17.3-inch IPS anti-glare panel offers a large, cinematic screen with a smooth 144Hz refresh rate. Cooling boost technology helps the laptop sustain performance during long sessions, and the backlit keyboard keeps you playing comfortably at night.
For connections, you get Wi-Fi 6, HDMI 2.1 for an external monitor or TV, USB-C and USB-A ports, Ethernet for low-latency wired gaming and an audio jack for your headset. Learn more about Lenovo laptops on the Lenovo Australia website.
